Portugal based Angolan,
Antonio Pedro Quiganga, aka Tony Kikanga, is in talks in Luanda to set up a title defense of his UBC Light Heavyweight championship he won in Portugal in June of this year. Kikanga, in a press conference in the country's capitol, stated that they are in talks with Canadian and Romanian opponents at the moment. The match is scheduled to take place on November 11th at the Cidadella Sports Complex to coincide with Angola's Independence day celebrations.
